Situated in the Thong Lo area, this spa is actually one of the many outlets under the brand, The Oasis Spa, known for their luxury spas across Thailand. My husband and I didn’t know this initially so we were a little lost given that the sign at the main road juncture indicated The Oasis Spa instead of Urban Oasis Spa. When we finally decided to follow the sign and wander down the small road it pointed to, we eventually found the spa we were looking for in a nondescript building with a rustic entrance.
While researching for recommended massage places in Bangkok, I came across GoWabi, a platform with lots of beauty, health and wellness voucher deals in Thailand. I was able to utilize a promo code that accorded THB100 off each transaction so I purchased vouchers (open-dated with a 6-month expiry) for my husband and I separately to maximize this deal 😀 After that, we just needed to make a reservation via email on The Oasis Spa website.

At the top of the flight of stairs is the reception area decked out in black, red and gold. A staff came to greet us and brought us some tea and cold towels. We then filled in a form about our preferences on pressure, as well as where we’d like the masseuses to focus on and avoid. I absolutely love these as it saves the hassle of having to explain this during the massage itself, especially if there might be a language barrier.

Next, we were ushered to a private couple suite and offered the option to shower first before our massage commenced (as opposed to being instructed to like we were at the Let’s Relax Spa Siam Square outlet. It was a clean and inviting space, well-equipped with a WC and double rainshowers.
Our masseuses were professional and skillful too. Mine used a nice, manageable pressure for my massage to the point I was so comfortable I fell asleep. My husband also enjoyed his regular-pressure massage and remarked that he felt very relaxed. After the massage, we took a brief hot shower before heading back out to the reception area.

We requested to sit in the open-air area as it was breezy that afternoon. The staff brought some hot tea and cutely carved balls of fruit for us to enjoy. As we made our way out, all the staff present stood up to bid us a fond farewell. What a lovely way to conclude our time here (:

My overall rating of the experience: 5 out of 5 stars. I really appreciated how tranquil and quiet the environment was as it definitely set the mood for relaxation and unwinding. Coupled with the hygienic and well-maintained spaces, I was very much at ease here. In addition, our masseuses did a fantastic job at tailoring their massages to our preferences. All the staff were so warm and welcoming too. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and wouldn’t hestitate to recommend this place!
If this post helped you in some way and you’d like to buy me a coffee, I’d be incredibly grateful (:
